The ideas of physicality, tactility, materiality, of staying rooted yet reaching outward have inspired the second issue of Vision Undressed -  Leaving a Trail…Georgia and beyond. 

Over the past year, a time both unpredictable and transformative, we’ve been enveloped by a longing to disconnect. The online sphere, once a haven from crude reality, has become a source of despair for many of us. Observational conversations we’ve had lately have all circled back to the notion that life’s most fulfilling experiences now feel meaningful only in the absence of screens. Music, art, fashion, literature, travel - all provide a moment of refuge from the digital prison.

When we set out to make this issue, we chose to let the process unfold slowly. We selected contributors who value the real world, some connected to Georgia, some not, each offering a perspective anchored by direct experience. Together, these perspectives meditate on living in the present.

So many ideas, so many offerings, each grounded in the physical world.
